TNM Architecture were approached by Ravenscroft Developments in 2020 to provide feasibilities for two dwellings to sit on the site of a now run down dwelling in a prominent site location in Lower Gornal, Dudley. The TNM Architecture team were further instructed  to make a full planning submission to Dudley Council to provide two modern spaciously designed, whilst retaining the period heavily landscaped features of the existing site. The demolition of the existing dwelling on the site is now underway with TNM Architecture providing the on-site project management of the development. Completion expected mid 2022
